North Wales Crusaders have completed the signing of 24 year old prop Adam Bowman from Rochdale Hornets, their fourth acquisition so far in the off-season.

Adam, who joins fellow Rochdale players Gary Middlehurst and Phil Braddish in making the move from Spotlands to North Wales, started his career with Widnes Vikings in the Championship, where playing in the Quarter Final of the Challenge Cup against Catalan Dragons was one of his career highlights.
